Preparing your painting tools for a locker room is important due to the size of the room you’re about to paint. The same is recommended for a whole house considering the amount of painting areas to paint.

Before I begin any painting job I always evaluate what walls to do first, versus which tight spots to do last before starting to cut in; this allows me to have a painting plan ahead of time.

Essential things to prepare before starting any painting job is your tarp for the floor, your taping around tight areas; and also evaluating which areas to begin first to get you ahead with rolling.

Leave your cutting on the top close to the ceiling and around tight spots for last. Focus on your rolling first to get you moving none stop.

Regardless of the room you are painting, interior walls are much easier to paint due to the roller tool; you go up and down also left to right motion and you pretty much got almost all the wall covered.

Your challenging areas are always going to be cutting around doors, as well as around countertops and other things like mirrors; master the brush though when you do these things as I find it to not be as difficult.

Preparing certain things like baseboards or edges using the blue tape is also a unique idea to consider because you can go right into painting without being concerned with what is next to those things.

One more thing that is also important for a smooth, efficient like painting job; are the tools used to help you not waste time and do a professional. Like the brush you use and the roller type as well are important for the type of wall and size of the room you are working on.
