Before we begin working at a property, we first plan every step required; and we then create efficient stages to complete each project.
Implementation
As we perform the steps required, we only implement services related to stages; and continue on until each is completed.
Detail
Once we have completed every stage, we then inspect each step for details; and begin to make improvements to meet our standard.
Project
Here was a great example on a complete Commercial office remodel, and this director was picky for sure lol; she wanted walls redone and carpet replaced PLUS new baseboards. Additionally she asked for a pink wall like damn chill out lol; but is fine because our MasterMind HandyMan is very patient.
Let’s pretend for a moment that your Boss tells you is time to remodel your old looking office into something much better looking lol, well we highly recommend you hire a local handyman who is a MasterMind and who is not just detailed oriented or patient to see it through; but someone who is willing to go the extra mile to make your picky Boss who just wants it all perfect also impressed.
We did not take the initial photos when doing demolition, but there were 3 walls inside this office and we had to modify the room; to give her that open concept she wanted. The freaking room looked like a gas bomb had gone off; that’s how dusty and messy it was, but guess what folks? This Commercial business was in full operation in the middle of business hours and our handyman swears that nobody noticed. Well his also very organized and well prepared to execute any project under almost any situation. lol
