Process
Our HandyMan Project Process will always focus on planning every step, and implementing only what is related to stages; and at the end we complete everything by paying attention to details.
Planning
Before we begin working at a property, we first plan every step required; and we then create efficient stages to complete each project.
Implementation
As we perform the steps required, we only implement services related to stages; and continue on until each is completed.
Detail
Once we have completed every stage, we then inspect each step for details; and begin to make improvements to meet our standard.
Project
Senior customer decided it was no longer Safe to Walk on Rotted wood, and requested our Expertise to Replace the lake dock Wood; plus paint after to match Railing.
The focus on the home improvement project was to remove all rotted dock wood, plus all edge wood as well; in the effort to help create a seamless look.
Once all rotted wood was removed on the walk side, we then proceeded by installing the 2×8 pieces of pressure treated wood starting from the water side; the same replacement of wood was done throughout the edge of the lake.
After all the wood was cut out to perfection to look seamless, we then sanded down a few pieces to ensure there were no splinters; lastly we finished by staining the wood entirely with red exterior paint.
