Before we begin working at a property, we first plan every step required; and we then create efficient stages to complete each project.

As we perform the steps required, we only implement services related to stages; and continue on until each is completed.

Once we have completed every stage, we then inspect each step for details; and begin to make improvements to meet our standard.
Project
SPanish couple had the home in foreclosure during a refinance deal with the bank and wanted me to remodel the porch into a room so that it added value to the property in the event they wanted to keep the home.
Here we have a room addition that was a screen in porch, and customer in winter Springs fl wanted to convert it into a chill room or bedroom; who cares what he wants to do with it right ?
Adding extra details to the windows and flooring was special to give the room a nicer look. From baseboards to door with glass. Everything had a nice semi-gloss white finish.
This project included framing in with wood everything, installing new windows and of course using drywall as our interior material; we finished the idea by adding tiles and a door with a simple baseboard trim to sort of give it a nice look.
